GENERAL DEFINITIONS

Agalmalt is the custom name of the Enterprise registered on January 1, 2019 under the registration number 0715.415.283 and legally represented by Cedric Jamar. The official address is 105 rue de la Victoire 105, 1060 Brussels Belgium. 

 

These general terms of sales apply to all activities and services marketed by Agalmalt. The terms “Activity” and “Service” refer indifferently to a visit, a tasting, a workshop, a training, an animation, an activity of expertise or consulting, whether it is standardized or customized, and this for private or corporate customers, individuals, or organizations.
Activities offered to individuals or groups are regularly scheduled in the agenda and available for reservation via the website agalmalt.com. The program of these activities as well as their modalities are not modifiable. However, any activity proposed on the site can be adapted to suit your needs. The buyer acknowledges to have been informed and to have accepted the fact that Agalmalt is the seller carrying out the present sale and consequently any sale carried out on the website agalmalt.com is also subject to the general terms of sales of Agalmalt.

 

Limitation of liability

Agalmalt cannot be held responsible for accidents or other damages occurring during its services in the event of negligence, non-observance of the instructions or inadequate conduct on the part of the customers. The provider reserves the right to interrupt or stop the activity without any prosecution or compensation to the client.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Their participation is under the full responsibility of the parent or accompanying adult. In no case, the provider can be considered as responsible for them in the sense of article 1384 al. 2, 4 or 5 of the Belgian Civil Code.

All material made available to the clients during the activities remains the exclusive property of Agalmalt or its partners. The client commits to treat the material made available to him/her with due care. He or she is responsible for any damage caused to the material at his or her disposal during the entire activity, whether caused by himself or by others. Parents are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment lent to their minor children.

Prices

The prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Agalmalt reserves the right to modify its prices and its general conditions of sale at any time. However, the products or services are invoiced on the basis of the rates and conditions in force at the time of the purchase or the issue of the order form.

Booking, payment, cancellation and modification

Private customers and activities opened to bookings

The payment of the services available on our site and subject to registration is made directly online. The services will be considered as booked only upon receipt of the payment. A confirmation email will then be sent. Without this email, no service will be considered as confirmed.

A cash payment on the day of the service is only possible in case of express and written validation of the provider. In this case, you will be asked to make up the balance. Any person who arrives without having paid in advance for the service and without presenting a means of payment will be refused access without any possibility of complaint. A receipt of payment can be given to any person who pays for the service on request.
An individual reservation for an activity can be postponed to a later date, depending on availability. The modification can be made via the client space of the buyer for events booked online or by sending a written request to hello@agalmalt.com.

Any request for postponement or cancellation must be made no later than 7 calendar days before the date of the service. No modification, except in case of force majeure duly justified (death of a relative, birth of a child, hospitalization…) will be allowed less than 7 calendar days before the date.

Any activity started is due in its entirety. In case of delay of more than 15 minutes on the fixed appointment, the provider is entitled to start the activity without any compensation or refund to the latecomers.

Groups, companies and tailor-made activities

Agalmalt also offers tailor-made activities and services, to private individuals or groups as well as companies and organizations. The booking, validation and confirmation of a service is done on the basis of a price offer (“quote”) given to the customer.

The booking of the service is confirmed by an order form signed for agreement by the customer. The booking is definitively approved after the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount, and this within a minimum of 15 days before the scheduled date of the service. A final invoice will be sent after the completion of the service, and payable upon receipt if the total amount has not been paid before the service.

The service is fixed by mutual agreement between the customer and Agalmalt. Any modification due to the customer is communicated as soon as possible by email to Agalmalt and this at the latest 7 calendar days before the date of the service. Agalmalt will do its best to take into account the changes requested by the customer, but cannot guarantee the execution of the requested changes.
The service is fixed and its price established according to the number of participants specified at the time of reservation. In case of change without prior notice from the customer or the client, nor express written agreement from Agalmalt, Agalmalt can not guarantee the program or the schedule announced and reserves the right to charge a supplement.

No modification, except in case of force majeure duly justified (death of a relative, birth of a child, hospitalization …), is allowed less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date of the service.
In case of cancellation, the customer must inform Agalmalt as soon as possible by email (hello@agalmalt.com), referring to the quote reference and/or the order form.
– 30 calendar days or more before the date of the service: no charge.
– Between the 29th and 14th calendar day before the date of the service: 30% of the total cost.
– 15 calendar days or less before the date of the service: 100% of the total cost

Modification or cancellation by Agalmalt

Agalmalt reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service up to 48 working hours before the planned date of the service in case of an insufficient number of participants (for the activities available on registration) and at any time and for any type of service in case of force majeure. Agalmalt can in no way be held responsible for the costs incurred by the buyer to attend the service.
In case of cancellation by the company Agalmalt new dates will be offered or an equivalent service will be proposed. Full reimbursement will also be made if no agreement can be found between Agalmalt and the customer.
